/cg reload

Reloads ConfigGuard config and restarts scheduler without server restart.

Syntax

/cg reload

Behavior

• Strict: no arguments allowed
• Uses the global lock shared with backup and restore
• Stops scheduler, reloads config and messages, then starts scheduler again

If the lock is busy, reload is refused.
